The NWA World Television Championship.

The Nwa Worlds Television Championship is a title that dates back to the early 1980's and some how found it's place back into the wrestling scene in TNA.

The NWA was the first to showcase the title belt, it's history has had many legends in pro wrestling wear this title and became more than just a world television champion. Most wrestlers would move on and become tag team champions, and world champions. The television championship has had 107 television champions, 54 title reigns, and only 9 Vacancys in it's history.

Recently The television championship has been Resurrected in TNA, AJ Styles on a episode of TNA Impact during an interview promo with fortune decided to rename a title that he won by defeating Rob taylor for the TNA Global Championship, AJ renamed the global title to the new Television championship. AJ Styles has yet to defend the newly renamed television championship!!

Enclosing the worlds television championship has had a long history, memorable moments, from the first blood match at Starrcade '86 between Dusty Rhodes vs. tully blanchard to Booker T vs. Rick Martel at the final Superbrawl.

In my opinion this title should not have been resurrected for TNA because of it's history of champions, and matches of the past. AJ styles being the television champion is only a trophy in tribute of tully blanchard & arn anderson when they held the title back in the 1980's.

The world television championship should stay retired...
