Dwayne johnson appeared at The Survivors Series in 1996, his match was a traditional survivor series match, the participants where Triple H, Vader, Crush,Goldust,and jerry the king lawler vs. mark wildman mero, the stalker barry windham, the late Yokozuna, Jimmy Superfly Snuka, and Rocky Mavia. The match was a very entertaining one, and in the end rocky came away with his first WWE win of his career. In the next couple of months rocky mavia would win The Intercontinental Championship on monday night raw against triple H. After his IC title reign, rocky would go into a Metamorphises, from baby face pretty boy to the most electrifying man in sports entertainment. The Rock was born... During that time the rock would join a stable called the nation of domination, and win the IC title for a second time. In late 1998 The Rock would return to the survivor series, but this time He would capture his First WWE Championship against Mankind in the finals and join vince mcmahon's corporate stable. The Rock's WWE title reign would go back and fourth between him and mankind in memorable matches, The first on Raw, the last at the Royal Rumble in a I Quit match. Then at Wrestlemania XV, the rock would meet his greatest Nemesis Stone cold Steve Austin!! The Rock & Stone Cold would Trade wins and loses Between the two of them at Wrestlemania XV, XVII, XIX. The Rock would Hold many WWE championships and world titles & Tag Team titles. Then Hollywood started calling The Great One... The Rock would star in The Mummy Returns, The Sqorpion King, Walking Tall, Why did i get Married II, and the list goes on and on. The Rock Became a Hollywood action star!!! later The Rock returned to the WWE and made multiple Appearences, and Great Promos. But Recently, fans started to wonder has The great one faded away from the wrestling eye Forever, or is The Rock "The peoples Champion" nothing but a Bitter memory.
