WWF Old School Reunion Goes Stale for One Night Only!!!

Ok... First Thing i have to say is, i know i haven't been putting up topics for my wrestling blog, and i know everyone is wondering why i haven't been on the radio show as of lately. The Reason why i haven't been on the radio show is i'm going through a hard time as far as a personal matter that i have to take care of in December.. So as far as the radio show, i think i'm going to take a brake from the radio show to consentrate on my school work, and other things.. That being said, i will how ever will continue to put up wrestling topics everyweek for you the fans.

Now last night was WWF old school 3-Hour Special on the USA channel, and to be perfectly honest i was a little disturbed with the show. The set was an old school Monday Night Raw from the Next Generation 1994/1997. Second the Old school Superstars were also disturbing only to an exstant. Old School Superstars like, Sgt. Slaughter, Tito Santana, The Iron Sheak, Nicolai Volkoff, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, mike Rotundo, Ted Dibiase, George the animal Steel, The Doctor of Style slick, May young, Jerry Brisco, Tatanka,Ext. This is fine and dandy but these Superstar aren't the stars that people want to see... Their were alot of former WWF Superstars that weren't even thought of, give me a Brake.. What about Superstars like Bret hart, The Rock, Stone cold Steve Austin, Triple H, Don Muraco, The Undertaker, Hulk Hogan, The Ultimate Warrior, Randy Savage, and Ricky Steamboat. But you also got to take into consideration that about 80 percent of the old school WWF Superstars are already in their graves. I'm sorry but to do this kinda show you really need to have your bases covered, this time the WWE didn't have their bases covered. if your going to do a old school WWF program you shouldn't put a old school Raw set, instead you put an old school WWF Superstars set or WWF Wrestling Challenge set, not a Raw set... ok even thou it's monday night, and putting a old school Raw set is Appropreate, but the program is called WWFold school not WWF monday Night Raw. In My Opinion they should have used the old WWF logo to represent the old school era.

To end this topic, IMO the show was a C- as far as talent booking, and program handling. WWE is trying to hard to get them back into the swing of things and IMO it's too little too late.
