Fan Suing WWE, The Rock, and Triple H for Injury!

Todays topic is an interesting one that i just recently read on Prowrestling.com regarding a fan who was injured during a WWE Pay-Per-view a few years back. Now the one thing a strongly recommed is that no gets hurt during any kind of event of any sport. I know things happen every now and then but in the WWE anything can and usually does happen. Here is the Article about this incident:

According to an article by The Courier Journal out of Louisville, Kentucky, an 18 year-old man is suing WWE, Triple H, and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for an injury he allegedly suffered at the Judgment Day PPV in 2000. The event was headlined by HHH vs. The Rock in an Iron Man match and the man was seven years old at the time of the incident. The article states that when HHH and Rock brawled into the crowd, there was a chain reaction of people moving that ended with a woman landing on the plaintiff and allegedly causing him knee and leg injuries. The plaintiff, named Basham in the article, recently had to have surgery on the knee. His attorney is claiming that there is no statue of limitations for filing the lawsuit since Basham was a minor when he was allegedly injured. The lawsuit accused WWE of failing to properly stage the match and provide adequate security for its customers. HHH and Rock are named in the suit and accused of "reckless, willful and wanton conduct." The suit was filed on Monday, and WWE has not responded to media requests regarding the lawsuit.

Now i know this isn't the kinda thing that goes on in the wwe, but sometimes you need to take extra precaution when you go to these kind of events. But as a fan i've had my share of accidents and they usually say please be aware of action when it goes beyond the gard rail. So as hardcore wrestling fans do you agree that this was an accident or does this fan have a legitimate complaint?
